Bok Choy Salad

Combine and Sauté:

  • 2 packages of Ramon Noodles (crushed)
  • 1-cup almonds (sliced)
  • 2 oz sesame seeds
  • ½ cup butter
  • Bring dressing to boil and cool:
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Chop:
3 heads of bok choy
1 bunch of scallions

Toss all of the above together right before serving.
